Smith)</author><description>Reproducible post-acquisition processing of targeted
LC-MS/MS lipidomics and metabolomics results exported from
Waters TargetLynx or from Skyline, or supplied as a plain
sample-by-analyte matrix. Reads the quantitative result tables,
integrates them with sample and feature metadata, and applies
configurable signal filtering (SNR, LOD or LOQ), blank
filtering, batch correction, normalisation, internal-standard
and volume adjustment of vendor-reported concentrations, and
missing-value imputation. Each step is an exported function
acting on a struct DatasetExperiment; a complete workflow can
additionally be driven from a single YAML configuration via
runMRManalyzeR(), which also renders self-contained HTML
data-quality and statistical reports. Chromatographic peak
detection, peak integration and calibration-curve fitting from
raw mass-spectrometry data are outside its scope.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/38802403704</link><pubDate>Thu, 15 Oct 2026 17:37:04 GMT</pubDate><r:package>MRManalyzeR</r:package><r:version>0.99.6</r:version><r:status>failure</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/MRManalyzeR</r:upstream></item><item><title>[bioc] quantMSImageR 0.99.10</title><author>mattyjsmith123@gmail.com (Matthew J. DESI-MRM mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) datasets, extending
the Cardinal package. Includes signal-to-noise filtering
against background pixels, tissue/background separation,
per-feature ion images, quantile heatmaps, quantification
against on-slide or on-tissue calibration standards, and batch
export of per-feature text images for external viewers.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38802985245</link><pubDate>Thu, 15 Oct 2026 17:12:57 GMT</pubDate><r:package>quantMSImageR</r:package><r:version>0.99.10</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/quantMSImageR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>quantMSImageR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>quantMSImageR.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to quantMSImageR</r:title><r:created>2026-07-20 14:02:25</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 17:12:57</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>quantification.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>quantification.html</r:filename><r:title>Quantification with calibration standards</r:title><r:created>2026-07-20 16:40:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-20 16:00:06</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
